What is Gamification?
Gamification is a process of adding game elements into non-gaming contexts to make them more fun and engaging. Gamification enhances the system, services, and organizations when playing games to motivate and engage users (staff).
I noticed from last 2 years mostly all industries are rapidly moving to gamification, gamified their content and adding game design elements e.g Points, Badges, Leader-Boards, Performance Graph, Avatar, teammates and the main thing is a Meaningful Story that encourages their staff members. With gamification, it helps companies to reward their employees, see their progress and activities within the gamified environment. Companies provide different types of points to their employees such as Experience points, redeemable points and many more.
In India industries like Healthcare, Financial Services, Transportation, BPO, Airlines, Politics and the Bollywood Film industry are moving into gamification.

- Bollywood plays a vital role in gamification. They launched games related to their films you can find on play store like Dabang, bang bang and many more
- Indian Government are also using a gamification platform to link with people. We saw this change between 2014-2021 in India.
Recently I saw that NetFlix also launched their OTT platform with gamification. As per my analysis by 2024 gamification are going to play a vast role in our daily routine. In short, I can say every business need a gamification platform.
